Description: 

It is intended that this call for Pre-Qualification shall determine a short list of four (4) 
engineering consulting firms that will be eligible to submit detailed Proposals for future 
Engineering Consulting Services via Requests For Proposal (RFP) for various Municipal 
Infrastructure Improvement Projects, which include but are not limited to, new construction 
or replacement of existing watermains & associated facilities, sanitary sewers & associated 
facilities, storm sewers & drainage facilities, road rehabilitation or reconstruction, bridge 
replacement or construction and other various structural designs/recommendations, 
sidewalk construction, parking lot construction or improvements, and Municipal Class 
Environmental Assessments.  

 

Note: As part of the Pre-Qualification process, it will be necessary for the pre-qualified 
Consultants to confirm in their submission the proposed key personnel that will be available 
to provide the consulting engineering services.

 

ONLY FIRMS THAT HAVE BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BE INVITED 
TO SUBMIT A DETAILED PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES 
FOR THE VARIOUS PLANNED INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS OVER 
THE NEXT FIVE (5) YEARS COMMENCING IN 2024 AND TERMINATING IN 2029.
