The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified Respondents for the potential development and operation of a large-scale, ticketed evening light-based attraction as part of the Destination Wasaga Master Plan.
This is a non-binding process and is being conducted for information-gathering and planning purposes only. This RFEOI is intended to:
•    Gauge market interest;
•    Identify potential partners and concepts;
•    Gather high-level input to inform possible future procurement options; and,
•    Inform the Town’s next steps, which may include cancelling or modifying the terms of this RFEOI, refining the scope of the project, engaging with select Respondents, and, in accordance with the Town’s Procurement Policy, entering into direct negotiations with one or more Respondents or proceeding with a formal procurement process.
