RFT#PW2024-11The municipality of Wasaga Beach wishes to enter into a contract agreement with a qualified general contractor to construct a neighbourhood park in the Ramblewood Drive Residential Development. The site is publicly accessible with direct access off Chiara Drive. Bounded by a road to the west, residential properties to the north and south and a walkway block to the east. The park works will include, but not be limited to, 2 pickleball and 1 half basketball court, playground equipment, engineered wood fibre safety surfacing, poured in-place permeable rubberized play surface, sub-drainage, concrete curbing, asphalt pathway and limestone screening trail.
