The Town of Wasaga Beach’s Development Charges By-law will expire on May 23, 2026. The Town is seeking to engage the services of a qualified consultant to take the primary role in the completion of the following, prior to the expiration of the current Development Charges By-law:

  1. A comprehensive review and update of the fee structure for the Town's Building Department
  2. A comprehensive review and update of the fee structure for the Town’s Planning Department
  3. The update of the Town’s Development Charges Background Study and Development Charges By-law
  4. The development of a Community Benefits Charge Strategy and By-law
