RFP#PW2023-11 Landscape Architectural Consultant Services for Zancor - Ramblewood Drive Park Development

The consulting services include research, inventory and analysis, community outreach; concept designs, estimating, detailed design development; preparation of tender documents including drawings and specifications.

The following facilities and elements are initially envisioned to be included in the park development plan; subject to confirmation through community outreach, land constraints and budget availability.

1. New pathways as the organizing element for an integrated circulation system suitable for pedestrians and possibly cyclists, scooters or rollerblades, with connection to the walkway at the easterly limits of the Park Block
2. Site furniture improvements
3. Tree and planting improvements (low maintenance) or existing vegetation/beautification enhancements
4. Naturalization and restoration with native plant species of the eastern half of the parkland area (Block 178)
5. Multi-purpose court or Basketball mini or half-court
6. Playground improvements will include and may not be limited to:

• New play elements
• Junior equipment
• Senior equipment
• New accessible safety surfacing
